The Big House Heist – Three women team up to plan a heist to try to retrieve damning evidence from the home of a for-profit prison CEO.
Description: Due to Obnots winning the Boston 48HFP (with tüth.) we were invited to compete in a special “Yes We Cannes” online competition for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams from around the world. And so we made our twenty-fourth film for the 48 Hour Film Project. We were assigned ‘heist’ as the genre, ‘gloves’ as the prop, Liam or Leanne Kingsbury, hotel employee as the character, and “It’s your choice. What’s it going to be?” as the required line. There was also an optional theme element of ‘freedom’ that we could incorporate. This is version 1.5 with various small fixes and 40 seconds worth of material added back in.
